 Once a service has been performed, no refunds will be issued. Our providers’ time, expertise, and resources are dedicated to your care during each visit, and treatment costs are applied at the time of service. 

All reservation fees are non-refundable, even if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled. A new reservation fee will be required for any future bookings. 

• Prepaid Packages: Refunds may be issued only for unused sessions, subject to a 20% cancellation fee deducted from the refundable balance.
   
• Memberships: Visits must be used within the designated time period. Unused visits expire at the end of the term. Memberships can be canceled anytime, but no refunds will be given for unused or expired visits.
