 If you’re a federal employee injured on the job, you’re covered under the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Federal Workers’ Compensation Program (OWCP). Our clinic is DOL-approved, which means we are authorized to evaluate, treat, and manage your work-related injury.
We’ll guide you through the entire process — from completing the required DOL forms to submitting documentation for your claim. Our staff will make sure your case is properly filed so your treatment is fully covered. 


 No. Federal employees who are injured while performing their job duties do not pay anything out of pocket. All approved treatments and evaluations are fully covered under the DOL program. 


 Yes, you can. However, if you don’t have an attorney, your case is considered a third-party case.
Before treatment, you’ll need to contact the at-fault insurance company and have them send us a letter of guarantee confirming payment for your medical services. 


 Yes, we review and consider all reasonable reductions submitted by your attorney. 


 Absolutely. We treat federal workers’ compensation cases, auto accident injuries, and cash patients.
If you were involved in a car accident and are represented by an attorney, you do not need health insurance — we will coordinate directly with your attorney for payment. 


 

Yes, we accept Personal Injury Protection (PIP). PIP is a benefit provided by your auto insurance that helps cover medical expenses if you’re injured in a car accident—regardless of who was at fault.

If you have PIP coverage, our clinic will bill your insurance company directly, so you won’t have to pay out of pocket at the time of service. PIP can be used for treatments such as chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy, and rehabilitation related to your accident.

When scheduling your appointment, simply let our staff know that you plan to use your PIP benefits. We’ll help verify your coverage and handle the claim paperwork to ensure your care is covered properly.

 We see new patients 7 days a week, often on the same day.

 Yes! We offer late evening hours (until 7:00 PM) and are open on Sundays for your convenience.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing to ensure you can be seen.

 Yes. If you currently don’t have transportation, we can provide rides for your first 5 to 10 visits.
We’ll verify your case with your attorney before arranging transport. If you continue having difficulties after the initial sessions, our office manager will work with you to find a solution. 


 Yes. Our clinic is conveniently located on MLK Ave SE, with free street parking nearby.
There’s also a paid parking lot just one block from our office.
